Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@urban-gents.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address, a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, and personal care goods (such as grooming or hygiene products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria outlined above: unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
